For my salon in Vancouver I have often see damages incurred by raccoon in the nearby places, I also happened to hear about the recent incident where a vancouver woman was viciously attacked by a raccoon. In my search for a wildlife removal services I found one like Hawkeye. Anyone whoknow about their services? Any other suggestions? All suggestions are welcome.

I don't think Beautylish is going to have many answers for you, unfortunately. Have you looked at reviews on sites like Yelp or Angie's List? Or tried calling your local Animal Control department for advice?

As for the business, make sure your insurance is up to date and covers both property and liability. While a raccoon attack on your premises probably wouldn't fall under your liability, it never hurts to have a safety net (insurance). You can also do things to discourage the racoon from coming around: lock/tie down garbage can lids, keep all food in sealed containers in a fridge or take it with you, put away anything that might smell edible (e.g. candles, oil diffusers, deodorants). Look for any access points where an animal could potentially get into the building (crawl spaces, vent duct opening, chimneys, loose doors or windows, gaps in the foundation, etc.) and report them to building management to have them blocked. If it has no food sources, it won't be interested in your location.
