Yes, all Ben Nye products are amazing in my opinion. The foundations are a nice consistency and the palette allows for easy mixing to match different skin tones.

RCMA is incredibly high in pigment so you need very little product. You can use it full coverage as a cream, mix in their "clear" which helps thin it out without losing pigment OR use their thinner, which easily adjusts what level of coverage you'd like. This means you don't have to carry around sheer, medium and full; you can make any of their cream foundations whatever coverage you need.

Regarding moisturizing, if that's of concern, they do make an inexpensive pre-foundation moisturizing product that is created to pair with their foundations. They also provide tester pots of their foundation. This isn't like getting a tester from Sephora as the pigment is so high and the product coverage so beautiful, that a tester pot can mean several full-coverage face applications or use for an extended period as concealer.

I own and have gifted the RCMA to a friend who is a Pro; she uses it without mixing in moisturizer, but does carry both the clear and the thinner in her kit to adjust product for personalizing/flexibility.. On drier clients, she uses Embryloisse Lait Cream for prepping skin prior to application. (you need only a pea size) I have mixed my own (for personal use) with Embryloiise and that also works beautifully, but is definitely not necessary. I just happen to prefer the extra moisture as I run very dry and I thin it out as I rarely wear full coverage. The flexibility of the line is remarkable and it certainly photographs beautifully.

Regarding the Ben Nye, you can always mix in tmoisturizer depending on how much coverage you want to achieve. They're quite pigmented foundations so a little bit goes a long way with them.
