I'm so tired of the warm smoky eye and I want to change it up for spring. I need fun, bright palette recommendations. I also would prefer some matte bright colors in the palette, not just shimmers.

I think Juvia's Place has great, affordable palettes with good color variety.

What is your price range? For high end makeup, I love the Lorac palettes for neutral colorful looks, and I know they have a new, very colorful pastel palette I am dying to get my hands on! For drugstore, I love the quality of Almay shadows. I have a neutral trio palette from them, but I'm sure you can find some pretty colored ones too.

Try Morphe palettes, they're a decent price point and offer a variety of colours in different palettes
