What's the best at applying foundation?

Hiya ladies 👸🏻

What would you say is the best at applying your foundation? Fingers, beauty blenders or foundation brushes? As I need to try a new way to make my foundation look better

I think it's up to personal preference. I love using the Sigma F80 to apply and blend my foundation and I think I'm the only person that doesn't like the Beauty Blender.

I actually use a foundation sponge to apply my base. I think your primer really has a major impact on how it looks too.

I don't think there is a best way to apply foundation. It just depends on the product and your personal preferences. I prefer a beauty sponge because it's quick, easy and I can get a very natural look with it. I hope you will find an application method you love!

I use the Sigma f80 brush too and I love it, it's so easy to apply. I've used the Real Techniques miracle complexion sponge too which I liked, but I think it depends on the type of foundation (such as powder, mousse, liquid, etc) and the coverage you want. I also find my drier areas of skin works better with a brush as opposed to a sponge. If I use a sponge I generally go over areas with a brush anyway just to make sure it's all blended, plus I find sponge takes longer than brush.

I personally prefer using my BB or any sponge. If I want more coverage I'll use my It cosmetics foundation brush and then use a beauty blender to make sure everything is blended.

I prefer to use my real techniques expert face brush for buffing my foundation in because it gives me the most coverage, but I have also used the real techniques miracle complexion sponge and liked it okay :) Now I use the $1 disposable sponges just to blend out my concealer and use my brush for the rest of my face.

I personally use a dense flat top kabuki brush and I use a micro beauty blender for under my eyes. I just find my under eyes crease less if I use a more diluted application, and with the small bb I can get as close to my lashline as possible
