I was thinking about ordering these silicone "sponges" and was wondering if anyone tried it and what your thoughts are on them.
Please let me know 💋

None of the bloggers/vloggers I trust think they're great.

I think they're very gimmicky, I understand that they don't waste product or seep it up like a BB would but I don't really understand how they could blend, I think it'd go all streaky. I sort of want to buy a cheap one just so see how it performs but I'm on the fence about them.

I've watched so many videos of them and I have a feeling the influencers apply with this silicone sponge and then go off camera, blend with a BB or brush and come back on like "wow look at how amazing this is!". Especially the sponsored ones.

I have one. I used it a few times. It worked pretty good for me. I would say the only thing that I have to get use to is holding the silicone sponge. It did not leave my siin streaky at all, to my surprise it blended pretty well.

I have the silisponge and IMHO it's a piece of garbage. I've tried it so many times with so many different foundations and it still sucks. the foundation basically sits on top of your skin and it looks awful. a beauty blender is way better.
