If it's Elle it's probably from Kohls. I got a little 6 pan Matte one but I'm not sure about it yet. I thought it was pigmented but the color payoff wasn't great. Let me know how you like yours!

Awesome thanks! Kiley, I played around with it a little today, so far so good! It has good color at first but I didn't use a primer so it faded fairly quickly.

That's really pretty. You could do brown smokey eyes or some super gorgeous gradient looks like Lili suggested with the golds.
