I use a dark brown pomade on my eye brows but when ever I take a photo it looks light brown. I tried using a darker color but they still appear brown.

You make want to try gray. A lot of girls with black hair and lighter skin tones prefer gray rather than black. Shiseido makes a good gray. But other brands make gray also.
