No apparently this twist.uk account is trying to replicate them but it's fake, it's some other girls lip gloss that she created, but thanks anyways!

No the hashtags, they hashtagged kylies products and these look like her lip gloss kit.

@Aleena P. Kylie's lip glosses don't come with doe foot applicators though, she has a brush for hers I have her lip glosses. They probably just used that hash tag so more people saw their pictures. Thank you ladies anyways @Anna D. 💖

The liquid lipsticks do have those applicators. The glosses are brushes. Liquid lip is sponge.
