I think anything in the gold-fawn-champagne spectrum brings out the gold flecks in green eyes beautifully!

The opposite of green is red.
Go with things with a pink to red undertone.
Soft cool pinks, peachy pinks, lilac, cranberry, purple, bronze (reddish brown) just to name a few with a pink to red undertone.
A peachy gold also looks good (amber lights from MAC being my fave)
