I need some face makeup that is full coverage (I have a lot of hyper pigmentation), looks as natural as possible, and doesn't cling to dry patches. Any recommendations help!

Becca Ultimate Coverage Complexion creme foundation is the best full coverage yet natural looking foundation that I've used. There's a great selection of shades as well. For reference, I'm Olive.
Another favourite is Illamasqua's Richard Liquid foundation that is extremely full coverage. However, this one is not as natural looking though.
I also really like Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation.

Another vote for Becca Ultimate Coverage Creme. That's my go to when I want a full coverage look. EL Double Wear is another great choice. I would stay away from KVD Lock It. It feels like cement- hard to blend and it clings to dry patches for a lot of people (including me and I don't even have that problem typically).

Cover Fx cream foundation is what MUA's use for full coverage, it was designed by dermatologists at Sunnybrook Hospital for serious skin complaints, then released to the mass market, becoming a cult favourite. It's good for your skin, comes in a ton a different colours and undertones, and comes in cream, liquid, powder, and medium you like. The cream is really fantastic and Beautylish sells it, it comes in a compact and lasts a long time. If you use some of Cover Fx's concealer on top of your most problematic areas, I think you will be astounded by how good your skin will look, and you won't aggravate it either.

I agree with Feroza! Cover Fx's Cream Foundation is VERY versatile, and can be sheered out to a light finish, when wanted (add an oil).

Marc Jacobs remarcable foundation is soooooooo full coverage you need the smallest amount it's expensive but totally worth it. I have dry skin to so I just use a hydrating primer before and I'm good!!

I got myself the Estée Lauder double wear. for Christmas and tried it for the first time yesterday, highly recommend. :) I have dry patches and I feel like as long as you have a decent skin Care routine (exfoliating once a week, moisturising everyday) and prepping your skin before using its a great foundation for sure!
