Hey everyone,

I am looking for a new foundation! I have Medium acne with lots of little bumbs on my skin. I am fair with pink undertones. Before I put my makeup on I have oily/combo skin but when I put liquid foundation on I get really dry. I would like something full coverage but lightweight.

Thanks all

It seems as though you have really similar skin to me. Giorgio Armani luminous silk is beautiful and very lightweight, but isn't completely full coverage. On the other hand, Estée Lauder doublewear has amazing coverage but feels quite heavy, although a lot less so when applied with a beauty blender. I haven't tried it personally but Marc Jacobs 'remarcable' foundation seems to have very nice finish. Hope you find your foundation!

The foundation I just bought it the Sephora Collection 10-hr wear foundation. I like it so far, it actually stays on my face, and like you I have combination skin. I am also fair with pink undertones, and this seems to match quite well. The foundation covers my acne a fair bit, but again, I haven't tried it much. I hope this helps!

Billy have you tried Aczone for your acne? It's prescription, I just got it this year from my MD, and it's amazing, superior to Differin and about $40.00 less a tube. It's also anti aging, and I'm sure you are probably 25 years my junior, but I started an anti ageing regime at 25 and I have zero wrinkles, none, never had a filler or Botox and I'm 48. Also Tom Ford has a new foundation that's dual purpose, concealer and foundation that's supposed to be amazing and look very skin like. His stick foundation is full coverage and so is Traceless, which is what I use.

Recently I have been using Loreals green anti redness CC cream (this helps reduce redness and feels so natural as if it is sinking into the skin like moisturiser), and then adding a light layer of Loreal true match foundation on top (for days I want more coverage), then setting with a bit of cover girl radiance powder. Doesn't feel heavy at all, and I find it is a good mix on days my skin is dry or oily

Powder and stick foundations give the most amount of coverage and powder foundation will keep you matte all day long so go for a powder foundation. Sorry I don't have any recommendations:( ♡
