Nice! what's your favorite new find so far?
I love the nars pro prime and viseart is of course makeup royalty for good reason! I am the odd one out on hourglass powder, I can see chunky enough sparkles whenever I've Swatched it to steer away. I wasn't impressed with the shape tape but I have pretty dry skin. I liked the too faced born this way but couldn't get it to last on my skin so I never bought the full sized. give us (or me lol) an update on the hourglass skin tint and the Dr. Hart bb cream pretty please I've been super curious about them!

Feroza- I've been my dad's caretaker for the last year and a half and he passed away on Sunday so I figured I deserved a treat. Not that it takes away the pain but it was nice to have something to focus on.

Viva- I love the Agave lip mask. My lips were in bad shape and this transformed them overnight. I got the Champagne Tint so I can wear it in the daytime too. And the RMS bronzer is the best I've ever tried. I stipple it on and it looks so natural. I was torn between Living and Magic Luminizer and picked Magic because I prefer warm, gold shades. It is such a subtle highlight. Couldn't be happier with the RMS.

Aleena- the Nars Pro Prime is a repeat purchase so I already know it's awesome :) With the ALP, swatches don't do them justice. I use the It Cosmetics Ball wand powder brush and swirl it in the pan and apply as a last step. It's literally like putting good lighting on your skin!
I adore the Dr Jart Premium BB cream- it has such great coverage but looks super natural. With the Shape Tape, I have to moisturize my under eye area well and as you see, I had to get two shades to get the right match. I think I still prefer UD Naked skin concealer.
Hourglass Illusion Tint=!holy grail status! Especially if you have dry skin. It has a deceiving name- this is a medium to full coverage foundation. It has such a pretty dewy finish and it makes my skin so soft since it has hyaluronic acid.

Viva- I love all of these brushes. I don't usually buy MAC brushes but the 221 intrigued me since it's goat hair and the shape is perfect for small eyes. It fits perfectly in my crease and it's great for applying transition shades. I'm happy with all the It brushes, especially the angled brush. I can use that one for crease work and then turn it on its side for my lid. I love the RT Bold Metals powder brush- great for setting powder because it has a paddle shape and doesn't disturb your makeup. The original line powder brush is great for powder bronzer and the blush brush is good for diffusing very pigmented blushes so they don't look harsh. The Bold Metals blush brush is good for highlighting since it's small and also good for building up light blushes or target blush application.

I am so sorry for your loss jenni. I second everything viva said and it is good to hear you've found a way to stay sane.
I may have to take the risk and just buy one of the hourglass powders. I just keep hearing so much good stuff about them! Sephora​ a has a great return policy at the worst case lol. same with the illusion tint. I am a sucker for dewy complexion products.
I never paid much attention to rms but after this thread I think I'll have to. thank you again for posting/sharing with us!

Jenni I'm so sorry about your father, I'm sure he was thrilled to have you looking after him instead of a sterile environment of a hospital. You are a very kind daughter to look after him, and I'm sure he's delighted you have treated yourself to a few little niceties now that he's gone. Will you take a holiday in a few weeks time to get away. You probably do need some time for yourself now.
