I just recently bought a bright cool toned pink blush because I wanted to try makeup looks that are a little bit outside of my comfort zone. I know that since this blush is really bright, nothing else should stand out (such as eye makeup and lips). I definitely think a neutral eye would go well with the blush, but what lip colors would match?

Probably something nude--something similar to your own lip color. Perhaps a light pink that accentuates your natural lip. Or heck, clear gloss.

I agree with Amanda, keep eyes and lips understated. I would suggest natural pink-ish lipstick or gloss (your lips, but better kind of thing) with neutral eyeshadow and liner. Or just mascara and nothing else. This will put that pretty blush front and center.

You can keep it natural, or maybe try a green eye look with it, I think pink blush always compliments that eye look!
