Maybe she is referring to the Naked basics palette that is all matte except the highlight color that is more of a satin finish. It's more affordable then the Naked palette and very portable packaging.

Yes the Matte Eye Palette is part of the Too Faced Collection. You can get it alone here on Beautylish or part of the special we are having with it.
Here is my eye look using the smokey eye palette! Excuse my hair, having sort of a bad hair day haha!

I just got the Too Faced Naked Eye palette- it has cooler neutrals/tones. I have yet to try it, but I think any of the TF palettes you want to get would be great! I also splurged on the Lorac Pro, the Balm's Nude Tude and the Sleek Au Naturel palette (I know I went a little neutrals crazy) but I wanted to get neutral palettes instead of the Nakeds- I have neither.

Part of the reason I refuse to get the Nakeds (now at least) is because I have two other UD palettes with some of the same shades of the Nakeds- chopper, smog, etc.

I really, really enjoy UD palettes...maybe because they were my first. I have Naked and Naked 2. I got TF's Shadow Bon Bons in like Oct/Nov. I like it. It has mixed reviews but, it works for me. I am thinking about the Balm's nude palette and I definitely want to round up all the sleek palettes I can...just need the funds to do so.
