Okay I had this problem for YEARS. Being an ex smoker and an avid tea drinker something had to be done. Just recently I've tried this: rinse for one minute with hydrogen peroxide (surprisingly doesn't taste as bad as you'd think ... Sort of like a metallic watery taste) then spit out the excess. Immediately following that, brush your teeth with a peroxide based toothpaste mixed with equal parts baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of water to thin it out a bit. Repeat this once a week until your teeth are as white as you want and then once that happens only do once a month to maintain. Worked like a dream. I was so self conscious about my teeth being stained and yellow - this stripped them and they're whiter than they've ever been. Plus, it's SUPER cheap!

I tried whitening toothpastes. Strips. Coatings. Even this fancy little laser mouth guard thing. What I said above was the only thing that's worked.

I have white spots on my teeth, add to that the healthy enamel stained by coffee tea and I was a disaster. Enter Rembrant to the rescue. Got rid of the stains and listened the enamel to the point that the white spots blend in. Bonus that my teeth are like glass now and they never get yucky anymore.

If your looking for something not as expensive but still does whiten teeth bj's sells them for 15 dollars for 7 days worth top and bottom. Or crest is really good.
