Loreal has great quads. there about 5-7 each. I use these daily mixed with my high end! Love them! They also offer a all matte shade palette, with you basic color for blending! But If your looking for more color just order the costal scents palette

Elf or NYX, I just got an NYX pallet that has eyeshadow, blush, bronzer AND lipgloss on overstock.com for 12 bucks and it's amazing but in stores that pallet is a lot more I think so I def recommend checking it out!
