Biotin does help but that shouldn't be the only thing you do as far as your damaged hair. Umm stopping the relaxer depends on you. going natural is a long process and if you don't take care of your hair during that process, your hair can become more damaged and break off even more. But then again the chemicals from the relaxers can add to the damage as well. One of the most important things I think you should do, is to give your hair a break from the weaves. I don't know what kind of weave installation you wear quick weaves, or sew ins, etc. But give your hair a break from that. But if you must wear weaves make sure you take care of your own hair as well or wear a wig for a while. Cut your split ends to help prevent the breakage and help promote growth, use sulfa free shampoo, and make sure you DEEP CONDITION your hair, moisturize your hair, stay away from putting a lot of heat on your hair......I can go on and on and on lol. I hope I helped.

Deep Condition weekly, always keep it moisturized, and maybe you choirs cut back on the relaxers for awhile it depends on you.
