Ok. so it's the new year and like everyone else's resolution, I want to get ready for bikini season! I do not have the money for the gym let alone trainer, so are there any secrets,tips, plans, etc. that you use in order to help you get back in shape after the busy holiday season? Please do share and let me know! My biggest unhealthy habit is that I constantly eat out, atleast 5 times a week if not more... I am making it a plan of mine not to eat out anymore!

Water is very important drink at least two liters a day, then make sure you eat 2 to 4 servings of fruit and vegetables everyday and as for fast food, why not limit it to three times a week or maybe even less. And you van always find some healthy alternatives for the unhealthy foods that you like, like if you want to eat cookies at least eat oatmeal cookies they taste the same but oat,earl is healthier, and exercise, you don't need a trainer just search on YouTube, I recommend blogilates orVSX sports good luck :)
