Revlon nail polish is actually really good because it stays on for a long time. I used the seche base and seche vite for base and topcoat with it though.

Sally Hansen has some great shades at affordable prices. And depending what drugstores are nearby you can always find them on sale. Wet n Wild also has a great line of shades and you can't beat the $1.99 price

I recommend revlon all the way. Their polishes seem to last on my nails even longer than opi and Essie does! And they have a beautiful array of shades :)

The love & beauty nail polishes that they sell at forever 21 are surprisingly amazing! In my opinion, they're better than OPI. Not as big of a selection as OPI, but the few I've tried have been great! Wonderful pigmentation!
