My collection is big ranges from Deborah Lippmann to LA Colors. Hands down the best cheapie to me is Sinful colors. Great color selection and the price is awesome. With a great base and top coat (I'm loving Sally Hansen salon manicure right now) it last all week for me without chipping.

The Spoiled line by wet n wild is like two bucks and the colors are fantastic, but the brushes can be kinda wonky , but I can still work with them for that price :D
