I would have to say Milano Runway Mascara. But, it's near impossible to find it. Everyone I go to Walgreens, it's sold out. I finally had to resort to ordering from Ebay. And a close 2nd & 3rd would be Lash Sensational and the Miss Manga mascaras. Miss Manga is not for everyone, but I like it. My lashes are so thin, that I need a "little" clumpiness, so it looks like I have a decent amount of lashes.

Maybelline ones are really waterproof
but if applied excess it turns to disaster
Just two or three flicks are enough to coat lashes properly
