Estée Lauder Double Wear. Medium to full coverage, long wearing, transfer resistant, and doesn't break down from skin's oils. For pores, however, I suggest looking into pore filling primers. I absolutely love the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer, it fills in my pores beautifully (:

I use Estée Lauder Double Wear and it has good coverage and a nice matte finish. I also suggest NARS all day luminous. It has great coverage, keeps me matte for 4-6 hours and stays on all day. I'm using Rimmel's Stay Matte Primer at the moment and it's pretty good at keeping me matte as well. I have crazy oily skin, btw.

MAC Studio Fix Fluid. Good coverage and it'll help minimize the look of pores. It's has a natural finish but it does pretty well as controlling oil

I'd highly suggest clinque stay matte foundation its amazing and I have severely oily skin its a game changer for me for sure!!
