I have eos in strawberry sorbet (I think that's what it's called) and it seems to be making my lips more chapped. Has this happend to anyone else?

That happens to me when I use baby lips. But I use eos all the time no problem.

It doesn't make them more chapped but it doesn't really moisturize them either, at least not for very long. Most drugstore lip balms contain alcohol which dries our your lips:((( try the fresh sugar balms from sephora... But they're really pricy for a lip balm! I just use my sephora birthday gift ones haha

I have the mint one and I definitely get chapped lips from it :/ it's a bummer too because I love the feeling of it at first.

Personally, I think EOS is okay but carmex seems to really work with my chapped lips. It is better to buy something that works well with YOUR lips then what works with others. So experimenting is probably neccessary. Helpful?!

What i usually recommend doing is getting rid of the first layer of the balm so it starts fresh and clean and start applying it at least at night and as many times as you would like

For me personally it works wonders. I usually put a rose salve first and then the eos and it does wonders

I had a couple Eos and at first I liked them, then grew to hate them. They felt a little waxy and never made me lips feel great. I found Baby Lips and threw away all the Eos I had.

Here's a page that tells you the most common ingredients companies put in their lip balms that actually end up drying your lips out more:
http://lifehacker.com/5974745/know-which-ingredients-in-lip-balm-actually-cause-dry-lips
I'm not sure if EOS lip balms have any of these ingredients in them, but I would definitely recommend looking through its ingredient list just to be safe. :)
