I've never used the individuals but I just got the 350 pallet and love the quality of the shadows!

I've heard they're amazing, I've just ordered some brushes but will be trying out individual shadows sometime soon. I've heard some reviews saying the individual shadows are much better than the ones in the palette, so I think it's worth a shot x
