I recent received a $125 giftcard to ulta for Christmas! I am looking for highlighters but I'm not quite sure what to get. I am looking at High Beam and the rose gold one by Becca but both are liquid. What should I use for oily skin and what are some suggestions of highlighters that y'all like?

Tbh it doesn't matter if you're oily as long as you have your face set you'll be fine :)

Okay, thank you Noemy! I wasn't sure if liquid, cream, or powder would matter or not

It does at times,if you don't set & matte you're face enough it'll look really oily. But my skin is so bad😭so if I'm going to highlight fersure I have to really set my face!

Ah I see. I always make sure to set my face well as it gets so oily. I've always been nervous about liquid highlighters and such!

Although you can make a liquid highlighter work on oily skin, I'm curious on why you seem set on liquid instead of a powder. With your skintone, I wouldn't recommend Becca Rose Gold (too dark). Moonstone -neutral champagne (light skintone) & Opal - peachy champagne (light-medium skintone) would be better. I also like Bobbi Brown Pink Glow which is a warm nudy-pink when swirled on the pink part but when swirled with the white part can read as whitish pink.
