Layer and layer lots of hand cream on your hands and then cover with a coat of olive or almond oil and put on a pair of cotton gloves or socks and leave either overnight or all day. It'll leave your hands and feet incredibly soft. You could also try exfoliating with almond/olive oil and sugar (I'd recommend brown/demerara sugar)

Any handcream you like, as long as you know it works. Thick handcreams are the best for it.

Make sure that when you wash your hands use a soap that has those beads in it using cold water and then use lotion afterwards. The lotion doesn't have to be every time though. and for your feet, make sure you scrub them or soap them up whenever you shower. I do this and I work around the house with my hands often and I love going barefoot outside very often. People always comment about my hands and feet and how soft they are.

Definitely take lots of baths because that stops your feet from becoming all dried up and cracked, then I would use a waterbased moisturizer to moisture your feet and hands :)

I'm a little late as always. lol. When my feet really get beat, I reach for Burts Bees Coconut Foot Creme. Slather that stuff on, slip on some socks and by morning you are good to go! I'm not particularly fond of the smell of coconut, but I'll endure it because this product works for me.
