Yesterday I went to Sephora and finally got a sample of the bare minerals original foundation which I have been dying to try for so long! But when I took it home and put in on my clean, moisturized face, it looked very dry and almost cakey in a way? Anyone who has tried this foundation, is that normal?

I could not get that foundation to work for me. It settled in every tiny crevice and the coverage was a mess. I run both sensitive and dry so powder foundation is just counterproductive to my entire skincare routine. What type of skin do you have?

It's combination Rozberry. But most of the time if I don't use powder it is oily

I build it up slowly and when it starts to look powdery I spray my face with a setting mist. Helps it last all day as well.
