I think Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentrate is by far my fav primer and is lovely for those not acne prone. Yoy literally need only a nickel size dollop for the entire face. Fav foundation for my dry skin is MUFE Face and body, which is buildable to medium. Dewy, fresh, luminous and long wearing. It is truly beautiful. I have yet to find a HG full coverage that suits my skin, so on the rare occasion I do wear it, I use samples. I'm a sample hoarder..lol

I also have dry skin and my favorite primer hands down is the makeup for ever hydrating primer I've already used up the travel size and definitely purchasing the full size. I have a deluxe sample of the hangover rx it's ok but I won't repurchase I'm just trying to use it up before I purchase the makeup forever. If you decide to go with the Marc Jacobs please let me know how you like it, I've been eyeing it for a while. As far as foundations I haven't found one that I love. I'm currently testing out Studio sculpt from Mac. But again if you try out a foundation you love please let me know we have the same skin type and are looking for similar coverage/finish.

Use a foundation that is not matte. matte foundation will dry you out even more. anything that isn't matte is most likely dewy so that will help.

Ms. Jacqueline, the Embryolisse truly is a game changer. I literally use a nickel size dollop for my entire face and neck. I think getting the application amount for your skin right is key to its success. My friend applied it liberally and did not realize that it is not only unnecessary, but of no use when even remotely heavy handed beneath foundation.
