My sweater caught onto the blade of cling wrap and so it came out.

How do I fix this??

Get some thread and a sewing needle and tie the outer edges together with it. Creating the same shape of the other ones.

Is it a string that came out? If so get a Bobby pin and put it on the strong and fish it threw the shirt to the inside.
