So this is really weird but for the first time ever in my life I got dandruff.
I started travelling 2 weeks ago.
First I went to Medinah. The temperatures of all the places I went to/ am in are hot but it doesn't make any sense as to why my scalp is shedding?
Rn I'm in Singapore and it's still the same. Idk what to do.
I thought it sould finish off but it didn't.
What should I do now?

The heat could have dried out your scalp, making it dry. First you could try when you wash your hair to gently exfoliate your scalp with your normal shampoo. If that doesn't work you could try a dandruff shampoo(you can get travel sized if you don't think you will need a whole big bottle)

Hello! Another option would be to add 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup warm water and rinse your hair with it. I work it in for a minute or two and then rinse as usual under the shower. It's possible that the water is either harder (or softer) than you are accustomed to. Good luck!

Used dandruff shampoo. The head and shoulders one is good but any dandruff shampoo will do. It is probably because of the heat change and it's quite sudden. Don't brush your hair to much and never put 2 much conditioner in it. Good luck!!

Are you sure you haven't burnt your scalp in the sun? Make sure to apply some sun protection to your parting or wear a hat. I've burnt my scalp before and experienced dandruff like shedding.
