What foundation, powder or concealer is best for not only uneven skin tones dark circles and etc.but I need one that covers up acne good? Thanks.

You should try going into a Bareminerals store and buying some of their products. Their concealers and foundations are extremely good in my experience and they have great coverage. Also, they won't leave your skin looking cakey or dry!

What's your skin type?
There are quite a few products that can cover well but it's easier to narrow down if we know your skin type

You might need to use different products for each concern - discoloration should be treated with a color corrector that counteracts whatever color you want to hide - peach is the most common color used for dark circles - for acne if it's red you will need a green color corrector - you can also use the Clinique acne solutions concealer - it has the green corrector built in and literally camouflages the pimple to be the same color as your skin tone - set it with a very small amount of powder and blend the edges and that's all you should really need - anything more will just make it stick out more - so I've learned from miss Jacqueline H here on BL - she gives great advice for covering anything up
