Hello beauts,
I'd like to hear your recommendations on which white eyeliner you like best.
Preferably drug store, but will get high end if there aren't any. Are there any gel liners that are white with enough pigment to not have to touch up? Or is liquid my best option?
Thank you 🤗

If you're skilled with it, I would recommend liquid.

Liquid. I just got the L.A girl line art matte eyeliner and I really like it. It's smudge proof and long lasting.

The ingot gel liner! It's a godsend. Super pigmented and long lasting - and it's about the same cost as a drugstore product.
