Hi! I am thinking of dying my hair on a tone of red. I have black hair they are wavy and a bit on dry frizzy side. It would be really helpful if you would recommend me hair color and hairstyle for this hair makeover.

You should do a step cut!! don't be afraid to cut your hair a little shorter, because it will grow back much more healthier, provided you have a good hair care routine :)) and when you've cut your hair, curl it! you'll look great!
