Okay so I've tried like urban decay all nighter setting spray, I've tried makeup forever setting spray!! Even bought the tatcha setting spray recently and none of these still match up to my standards I want something that will give exactly a flawless matte finish or something with a nice Dewey finish!! Help thank you!!  ❤️🙈

I like NYX dewy finish, yesterday I bought MAC fix plus because I've heard such great things about it, so far I love it! (And that's with one use!)

A setting spray isn't the only thing that alters the finish of your face makeup. You have to make sure your primer, foundation, setting powder, and setting spray work together to give you the finish you want. Also, look into highlighters if you want a dewy finish.

I agree with Ashely, using all mate products and then using a dewy setting spray isn't going to give you a dewy look and vice versa.

I agree that a setting spray will not be enough to give you a certain finish. it can help to enhance or extend that finish that's already there though. if you want something dewy avoid powdering if you can as it will dull shine. especially if you are dry. if you're dry you May want to use a spray with more moisture like some rosewater before applying a setting spray like urban decay to make everything last. if you are oily you may want to powder no matter what and use highlighter for shine because your natural oils will pull through and you don't want to end up a greaseball. if you want something mattifying you may not need a setting spray but you could try a finishing spray like the Ben Nye final seal (I haven't tried it personally but my friend uses and likes it) or a few sprays of urban decay. the deslick from urban decay is better for oily skin and a matte finish. matte and dry skin is a hard relationship to make work because the dry finish naturally brings attention to rough or dry texture so I rarely use anything with less shine than a satin sheen for my dry skin.
your skin type really does make a world of difference in how a product is going to work towards giving you a "flawless" look.
