Hi lady's so I do hot yoga quite a bit and I sweat a lot I just feel I should be using something on my skin right after yoga like an exfoliating or wash of sum sort I do shower at my yoga center when finished and I do wash my face on a regular basis I just feel I should use something heavy or deep cleaning after yoga do you guys have any comments or suggestions anything is great thanks.

You could use an exfoliator and then a mask, since your pores will be open from sweating. But you shouldnt exfoliate too often. 2-3 times a week depending on how sensitive your skin. You can use a purifying mud or clay mask for pore cleansing and depending on your skintype maybe a moisturizing cream mask, one that doesn't harden like clay. But, I would wait till I got home to do all that. But after showering at the gym, I would cleanse my face with a mild gel cleanser , then spritz your face with a calming hydrating mist or toner.
