Hey guys! So I've recently noticed how bad my under eye circles have gotten. They are so dark and circle under my eyes and up around my tear duct. I've tried concealer, foundation, and powder. I don't know if I'm missing something. They are really annoying and are made even more pronounced when I wear the dark eyeliner that I usually do. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks lovelies!

Do you use an eye cream? Have you tried a color corrector?

Personally for me, the only thing that would help is to get more sleep and drink more water(:

Alexis: no and no. Should I? Which brands do you recommend?
Bruh: I am always dehydrated. One of the things I really need to work on. That might be part of it. I'm trying to increase the amount of water I'm drinking so we'll see if that makes a difference.

I absolutely love the Tarte Maracuja C Brightener Eye Treatment, it definitely helps with dark circles along with drinking more water and sleeping slightly propped up.
For a color corrector, the NYX Dark Circle Concealer is peachy toned and should help cancel out the dark tones of your circles so that your regular concealer can better cover any darkness/discoloration that may still peek through.

Sleep is very important, and also making sure your getting enough iron will help too for the blue/purple ones. The browner ones can be linked to genetics and unfortunately not a whole lot you can do about them. But an eye cream with vitamin c and e in it should help:):)

Oh!! And I I just learned this today at my beauty school! So the reason for the blue/purple eyes it that blood gets stuck there. So lots of massacre around the eye area, as well as an eye cream with vitamin K in it will help get the blood moving!

Thanks ladies! So helpful! I've used a vitamin e cream before and it seemed to help. I'll start that back up again. I'm always low in iron (I have to take supplements) so that might be part of it. I'll also check out those eye creams Alexis mentioned. Thanks so much guys!

What I do os I use the juice of a potato so you can grate one or blend (if blending use a small amount of water) and I dip round cotton pads into the juice and put on my eye for a least 30mins and you should do this for a couple of weeks and it should help :). Potatoes have a natural bleach in them and it helps lighten the area :)
