Tips for dry hands?

I have really dry hands and they look terrible! I love to do my nails so pretty nails with terrible hand is a no! Any ideas on how to get them smooth, pretty, and soft? Thanks!

Moisturize them as much as you can, in winter I always carry a hand cream with me and use it several times a day which helps so much. Also try to only wash your hands with soap as much as necessary and if you do, moisturize straight after. If your cuticles are affected by the dryness, you might also want to look into a cuticle cream in addition to your hand cream.
These simple things have turned my dry hands which would literally crack and start bleeding into really nice soft skin, I hope it works for you too. :)

I reccomend using a waterbased moisturizer just because it'll get more koisture into your hands then others but its up to you.
