Large veins in forehead?

Hello! So recently I've noticed that when I laugh or smile, I get this rather large vein that sticks out of my forehead! It's the strangest thing! And it's just recent! Does anyone know why this would be? Or what it is? Thanks:)

I think it's a normal placement of a vein. I get it too in my forehead when I laugh or smile or even when I work out and a lot of blood rushes up to my face. It's prominent but it's not a permanent thing. I wouldn't worry about it :)
