I think a normal one is fine but if you don't want to show the straps then just wear a strapless one. But it honestly just depends on the person.

I agree with a nude strapless or the lace bralette if you want to wear a bra. You can always go no bra but if you want you can buy double sided boob tape and adhere the sides that you feel may expose a bit down to your skin and you should be okay, and you can also place like band aids over your nipples if it's uncomfortable having it bare.

Bra clips! You can buy them on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and they're little circular or square clips that you clip your straps together at the back, thus not being able to see your bra straps. Alternatively, take a larger paperclip and thread one strap through, then the other so they're in a >< (you'll know what I mean when you do it). Use the straps at the back :)
