So I got braces like a month ago and I started noticing white spots on my teeth I looked it up and it's called white spots lesions. Do you know anything type of tooth paste/ gel that can help with this :(

Sorry never heard of this but I've read if you take activated charcoal tablets and crush them with water then rub on you teeth work great for whitening. Sounds weird and it's indeed gross as hell but worth a shot.

You should also ask your dentist. They may be able to fix discoloration

I had my braces removed about a year ago. I don't remember getting white spots. I would recommend you use your regular toothpaste and floss until you can see your dentist.

Use whitening tooth paste

Don't use any sort of whitening products! They will whiten the tooth around the brackets and when the brackets come off you'll have pretty straight teeth but your teeth will have uneven spots where the braces were. 😬 Instead, ask your orthodontist about them. It could just be a reaction from the glue!
