You can try bio oil or rose hip oil. You won't see a dramatic change but it does help over time.

You can use Mario Badescu's Vitamin C which is highly effective at evening out skin tone and brightening scars. It's an impressive 7.5% Ascorbic Acid (My derms office offers between 3 to 10%) and with diligent use you will see results. I use Ascorbic as well as rosehip oil mixed with E, as the ladies suggested. Great advice there! I use Organic, Cold Pressed Rosehip and add a little E to the bottle as they pair well, but it also helps extend shelf life. I keep mine in the fridge.
So yes..absolutely try the Rosehip and Vitamin E pairing. It is a delight for your complexion in addition to any scars.
This form of C is not as gentle as Ester C, so test patch your skin..always always. My face is crazy sensitive and so I have to alternate between Ascorbic and Ester C (Ester C is very very expensive) Please test patch and keep your receipt just to be sure.
The bottle is designed to protect the product from light and there is a dropper to ease dispensing. Of all of the C products (including high end), this one offers a lot of bang for your buck. The bottle should last you a while as you need only a thin layer of product each application. Hope that helps.

I just realized Glycolic Acid would be inexpensive and crazy effective. Ulta carries the Alpha Hydrox line. The 10% Cream and 12% Souffle are both inexpensive and would also pair perfectly with the oils recommended. Good luck!
