Blue/purple lipstick?? Yes?? No?

So I've become really obsessed with lipstick lately and I want to try something new and I've seen blue lipstick and purple lipstick but I don't know if it would look good on me or if it's weird?? What do you guys think of blue or purple lipsticks??

You should definitely try new things and get out of your comfort zone! I'm sure it would look great on you! I know colourpop has some bright blues and purples. I've also seen some from Kat Von D. There both liquid lipsticks so the pigment is insane. Personally I wouldn't wear blue lipstick because I just know it wouldn't look good on me, but I really like purple lipsticks! Or the lipsticks with purple undertones that give you that sheer color of purple.

I think "out of the ordinary" lipstick colors are great to experiment with and it makes a bold statement!

You should try Cyber by MAC! It's purple, but it's close to a dark red, which is more common. It is eye-catching, but not, like, SHOCKING. It's a good transition from more reddish colors.
I'm loving it right now.
(Just an FYI--it is super creamy. It's great if you have dry lips, but if they aren't super dry then a lip liner is especially necessary).

I wear purple and blue lipstick! For blue I wear Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Poe and I have a few purple shades in different depths. I have KVD Studded Kiss Lipstick in Coven (lavender), Lorac Alter Ego Lipstick in Free Spirit (bright purple), and a few deep/dark/vampy shades that don't quite look purple but they are (:

That so weird! I recently got obsessed w blue and purple lipsticks. On my profile of have pics of my wearing this colors. And yeah, blue and purple is not weird. It's really bold and it can suit almost everyone. I use MAC Royal and MAC violet
