If you know how to sew, you could add lace or some other fabric to the top to help keep from spilling over.

Hi! There are gel "false" boobs you can use for the smaller one, bigger I would say put tape from the nipple to the beginning on armpit and it stays in place, something sticky to stick to bra as well.. I tried it one time and it works very well.

I have the same issue a lot but I always buy bras for the larger breast and then just tighten the strap on the other side until it sits the same way.
