How do you take care of facial hair? I have excess hair on my chins and upper lips.. I have hormonal imbalance. Pcod :(... Do you know tips to reduce facial hair other than threading and waxing.. Suggest me some natural tips as well as have anybody done electrolysis??

I go to a salon every 6 weeks and get a sugar treatment - it removes all the hair, even the tiny little ones, and the more treatments you get the less hair will grow back.
Its much more gentle then waxing :)

What is sugar treatment?

Well it's like waxing, it's just done with a paste made from sugar (and probably other things that I don't know). The paste is massaged over the skin and rips out the hairs without ripping the skin as well like wax does!

I used to use those chemical type creams but honestly they suck if you have thicker hair (thanks to my armenian genes lol), eventually they just didn't even work on my skin/hair. I just restarted getting my upper lip waxed and my sideburns too (because I took a medication which made my hair grow) and I find myself doing it less often than the creams because the results last longer. its also very cheap where I do it. I would recommend it... however if you can do electrolysis or a laser treatment that would be great and solve the issue long term! I'm thinking of it too, my friend and my mom did it and the results are great

Which one is more good electrolysis or laser?

I don't have personal experience or much knowledge on the subjects. I would google it if I were you and you can always call or ask for information at the spas/estheticians that offer those services.

I had gotten laser treatment on my upper lip about 3-4 years ago once about every month for like 6 sessions and is pretty painful and expensive but worth it in my opinion. I went to a dermatologist and they gave me a consolation first to make sure the laser would be safe to use on my skin tone, they can increase/decrease the power of the laser depending on the amount of sessions youre going in for and your skin tone and hair color. They take all those things into factor (:

I had laser hair removal a few years ago and it was worth every penny! It is as Joceltne mentioned several sessions and spaced a few months apart I believe. I would highly recommended it. Small areas like the face aren't too expensive either.

I used to do sugar treatment as well as Sabrina, but since I moved out, if any find a salon that does that :( but it worked amazingly for me!
