Hey guys, I'm currently looking for something that I'm not even sure exists. I naturally have very red skin on my face, and it's always been an insecurity of mine. I typically wear full coverage foundations with yellow undertones in order to combat that, but I'd really prefer to actually fix the root of the problem. So I was wondering if anybody has found any oils, etc. that has helped them. I have combination skin that's definitely more on the dry side. I just got a brand new Bobbi Brown moisturizer, so I'm not really in the market for that. I was hoping more for an oil, serum, or any other product to supplement that moisturizer. Thank you!

My cheeks have always had red patchy areas, so I tried Clinique's Redness Solutions Cleanser about 3 months ago & absolutely LOVE it.. I could start telling a big difference after just 2 weeks and now my face is completely one tone with no redness (: It's definitely my HG product plus my skin feels so smooth and hydrated after I use it. My skin texture even feels & looks better now.. not to mention I haven't had a single blemish since using it. I know it's not a mosturizer or oil like you're looking for but Clinique also has a small line of other redness reducing products you could check out (:

I tried the Av?ne one for redness, the strong version. I didn't see any difference on me so I don't advise it. However maybe it didn't work because my redness is due to the fact that I have vitiligo on my face and not just normal redness.

Honestly I have the same issue and just discovered an amazing product for it, Caudalie Grape Water spray...it's amazing what a difference in my redness. I apply it before bed on a clean face and again before my makeup. You can get it at Sephora

I used to get dry red patchy areas until I used a waterbased moisturizer and I stopped getting them :)
