I highly suggest going to see a licensed esthetician for a service which will include a consultation. I myself am one but without a thorough consultation, & more importantly seeing and feeling your skin I can't diagnose what's going on, no one here can. I can suggest some ideas but it's definitely best to do that & you won't regret it!

Do you exfoliate?

I use the freeman face masks and occasionally an exfoliater.
Sarah, I will try that soon. Thank you

I would suggest seeing a dermatologist. On here, we can give advice but in reality the thing that going to help the most is going to see a dermatologist. They can fully examine your skin and give you products which will help.

I agree with seeing a dermatologist. I would say it's stress and I would not be sure about using just any face wash because it could dry it out more and same with moisturizer because it could make the bumps worse. You should definitely see a dermatologist since it's an ongoing problem. It may be more than just a skin surface thing.

You could be getting it when you get your period, if you do I don't know if there's anything that can change that but you can try to treat them with face washes, toners

And yeah try to put baby power on your face, avoid make ups and use only face wash and apply some moisturizer cream before going to sleep. Avoid sun also.

If you go to the derma- say no to acutane lol!
I suggest drinking water and exercising! Sounds cliché but I swear it helps your skin
