I think Estee Lauder don't either, along with Lush, Art Deco cosmetics, The Balm, Bare Escentuals, BarryM, BECCA, Bite, Bourjois, Ciate, Collection, Charlotte Tilbury, Cover FX, Eyeko, Flower, Freedom, GOSH, Ilamasqua, Jane Iredale, Laura Geller, Laura Mercier, Liz Earle, LORAC, Makeup Revolution, Mehron, MELT, NARS, OCC, Sleek, Smashbox, Tarte, Too Faced and Urban Decay (not sure on this one!). Found this on https://beautyandthefreak.wordpress.com/companies-that-don't-use-animal-testing/

I know about Lush, Isadora, TheBalm, Too Faced, Urban Decay, ELF, BareMinerals, Nyx, Nars, Smashbox, OCC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Kat Von D, Make Up Store and more. I'd also recommend looking at http://www.crueltyfreekitty.com/

If you really want to go cruelty free, I find it important to not only look at the brand itself but also which other brand it might be owned by or which other brands it owns. For example, and I hope I'm not mixing up anything here, but just to make myself a bit clearer: Estee Lauder might not be testing on animals but clinique do, and with clinique being part of Estee Lauder, I find you can't really say they're cruelty free.
I know there are websites taking this into account but unfortunately I can't recall any.

Hard Candy doesn't test on animals either. 😊 Kat Von D is almost completely vegan too. She's still working on it though.

I agree with Deborah! Please also take note on the dates in which the articles listing them were published.. I've seen articles circulating online but they are out of date so sometimes they do end up testing on animals.

NYX and Urban Decay are now owned by L'Oréal, the parent L'Oreal tests on animals so that's something to be aware of
