Can anyone give me some advice on this please. I suffer from bad acne in my chin. I've been reading up on this cream but know you can't buy it here like you can in America. Does anyone know anywhere I can get my hands on any?

In the US it's actually prescription - maybe talk to your dermatologist? But there are other creams with lower concentrations that I would imagine are available elsewhere.
