I've had success with vitamin c serum and a chemical exfoliant by paulas choice - you can see my progress with my acne scars in my photos - just make sure you wear SPF 15+ every day or the vitamin c won't work properly.

I've heard that mederma helps in acne scars, even though it's typically used for stretch marks.
