I want navy hair rn my hair is a range of many colours ( brown , blonde , purple red ) I don't know it's a mess haha , I was wondering if I put a dark blue dye over it would it turn navy or black?

It would turn out a greenish colour. you'd have to bleach it to have it show up actually blue.

I would let it fade naturally or with the help of a clarifying shampoo, or an anti dandruff shampoo until you get the lightest tone on every color and then dye it blue.
